Delay in receiving Virgin America FC Miles

I flew with VX 3 weeks ago tomorrow, and still haven't received the TP or Miles I am due to be credited to my VS account.

Does anyone else have similar issues?

I couldn't believe my eyes when the VS website suggested that I wait 6 weeks before claiming on a missing miles form!

By contrast, the BA Avios from my Alaska Airlines flights credited almost instantly.

Yep, I had the same experience and it was nearly 4 weeks before they were credited and last year it took nearly 8 months!! :0 :0

Like you, I found my Alaska Airlines in my BA account the next day

I usually receive mine 4 to 6 weeks after sending in my boarding passes

My wife and I flew VX SFO-LAX in March and neither the miles or TP's showed in our accounts after waiting the 30 days I filled out the missing partner milage form and scanned our boarding passes and emailed VS the miles and TP's were credited within a week.

Yup three weeks is not unusual although mine do post automatically some time after that!

Had the same experience after flying MCO-SFO, had to send in the original boarding pass and e-ticket to VS customer services to get mine!!! :0

That said, the miles and tier points were credited very quickly.

Clarkey - did you upgrade at check-in? I know that this messes things up.

I have typically had my miles post about a week after flying. Sounds like I've been lucky!

Nope, just a bog standard flight in main cabin from LAX to SEA! I'll hang in there for a while before claiming.

Yeah, don't worry, you'll get them. Just takes time, though I've no idea why.
