I phoned VS yesterday to upgrade to PE and was told a new E-ticket would be emailed out to me. As of yet nothing. I can "manage my booking" which reflects the upgrade but the option for resending my e-ticket is not there.
Is this normal? Or do I need to call them again? Flight isn't for 3 months so no urgency.
I thought the e-ticket thing was all automated so it was almost instantaneously issued?
