Online booking not working? phone reservations (With QuidCo)

So I've finally got to the point when I've decided to book and the online booking just fails with 'ring reservations'. I get the price and can select flights just the next step fails.

Great. QuidCo have a 3% offer (finishing today) and reservations have no knowledge of QuidCo. (Worth almost £100 cashback)

Any ideas? I'll try again later...

Quidco will only ever work for online bookings and not over the phone.

Cannot understand why you can't book it online though ?| I've recently booked a mixed cabin flight online.

If it still doesn't work online using VS, you could try one of the other online booking agents as several are on Quidco.

Seems to let me go all the way to payment.

You must be booking flights for a lot of you to get to £100 cash back through Quidco! Shame the 3% is only based on the base fare - not the total amount spent (so excluding the taxes, fees and surcharges).

I think the problem is actually availability of M&M seats - I can get through and do a full-fare booking.

Yup, definitely availability of M&M Seats - as it works if I lower the amount of people... Damn!

you only get cashback on the base fare amount, so thats less the taxes/surcharges etc...not 3% of the total fare

Bit bizarre but plenty of seats but the booking system apparently can't cope with 3 children but can with 2! Eh?

Anyway, booked 2a+2c online (got the QC) and booked the additional child manually and linked the bookings.

And £70 has just appeared in my account. Booking failed to track but was approved after a manual claim. Better than nothing!
