FCo vouchers?

Forgive me if this shows me up to be somewhat dim, but I've seen a few references here to 'FCo' vouchers in the context of upgrades - could someone explain what these are?

FCo refers to "Flying Co" - a scheme by Virgin for companies who have staff traveling for them.

It allows companies (or "companies" ) to earn mileage for upgrades/flights/lounge passes etc through their staff's flight activity. The vouchers can be issued to others by the FlyingCo. administrator.
