Website was down earlier but is back and you can now book the MAN-LHR flights. The first flight is currently showing as £47* one-way.

Interestingly, showing as not a miles or TP earner.

Thanks, how exciting at last. I just had a run through for our possible flights for next April/May, MAN-MIA and return LAX-MAN but they can't find any flights!! :0

I am guessing not everything is working quite right just yet. The option is there at least, I can't imagine everything is booked as yet.

I'm seeing fares of £489.10 if you have the temerity to need a flexible ticket :0

Perhaps they have come to their senses around giving out 2TPs for a sub £100 fare, but even so, would expect the miles to show - must be ironing out the kinks as previously suggested...

Just did a quick look, flying from LHR to MAN on one day, then returning the next, VS want £490! But BA only want £113?

Seems VS make it a fully flex for overnight fares but BA don't

VS.
LHR-MAN March 31st return on April 1st. Flexible fare = £489.10

BA.
LHR-MAN March 31st return on April 1st. Flexible fare = £492.10

Did you ask for flexible fares? I was looking at cheapest fare, so not exactly comparing like for like, but vs wouldn't quote non-flex on a 1 night stay, but BA would.

Well obviously vs could be trying to cash in on business travelers returning the same or next day, so only offer a flex fare. Seems strange though when BA will offer non flex fares so come out much cheaper for such flights.

Thats a good point! Makes it even more confusing for 2 night min stay on returns...
