A346 Overhauls

Hi all

I see RED is going in tonight, via the 200.

Is there any reason why the aircraft goes off the 201, with the newly overhauled a/c taking over to LHR, rather than the swap being done at Hong Kong on the outbound 200?

I guess that VS like to check the newly overhauled a/c as quickly as possible, after 1 flight rather than 3?

I dont even think there is a an overhauled 346 o.e
Theres a sloghtly repainted one though??

I think the OP may be referring to the D checks which take place in Manila
