Colin Firth was in upper class on a flight to LAX.
Saw him waiting in line at passport control.

Unrelated; I saw Nicole Kidman and Orlando Bloom running for a flight to Paris while I was waiting for my flight back to LHR lol

Not VS related but had Vanessa Feltz on an Easyjet flight to Palma a couple of years ago. We shared the return flight with her to, but had to laugh at check in as she was trying to reduce her checked in weight!! Got on board in boots and thick coat!!! She seemed reasonably happy mucking in with everyone else...

Eddie Izzard in the UC seat next to me back from LAX a year ago. He'd swapped seats with a lady who wanted to sit next to her husband (and had no idea who he was!!).

The crew had no idea who they were LOL. Mr DL was like a star struck child commenting to Scott Gorham ( who he was sat next to) that he'd seen them at Newcastle City Hall in 1979.Scott Gorham laughed and said that there were about 20 years of his life that he had no recollection of and that 1979 was one of those years .Charming blokes, all of them .

I had a chat with Alan Shearer getting on a BA flight to BGI, he went right into club and I got bumped up and went left into First .

Then low and behold first day on the beach at Sandy Lane my sun bed for the week is bang next to him!

Met Pamela Anderson in the CH a couple years back just after New Year.
Helped Lorraine Chase with her customs forms at JFK and then took her luggage off the carousel for her.
Sat next to Ron Howard on a VX flight from LAX to JFK, I had no idea who he was the entire flight, and only knew when someone asked me what he was like, while I was waiting at luggage claim.

Eddie Izzard in the UC seat next to me back from LAX a year ago. He'd swapped seats with a lady who wanted to sit next to her husband (and had no idea who he was!!).

Oh, I sat in Eddie's seat on the way to SFO once ... he was not amused.

Chris Martin (Coldplay) UC into JFK on his own. Cabin Crew were a little star struck. Slightly ashamed to say I collared him later for Autograph for my GF (under orders) when we ended up both getting cash out of the ATM at the terminal once through immigration (no fast track for him I might add).

Oh and Jamie Oliver.... I guess he counts too.

I don't recall ever seeing anyone famous on a flight, but I've seen a couple at LGW. Years ago when I was with my parents waiting for a flight we saw Lionel Blair with his family. Then last year my wife and I (on our way to the VH v-room before our flight to Las Vegas) were behind Kerry Katona on the escalator in the departure lounge.

Russell Brand in UC from LAX in 2011 .... had his headphones on and slept most of the way .... was endearing at the carousel & seemed like a genuinely humble bloke
