On another note, it isn't smoking. There is no smoking involved. No fire. Nothing burned.


I've never heard it mentioned on a VS flight. It would be easy for someone to start 'smoking' one, not realising that they are banned. I didn't know they were banned until my friend told me.

I've heard it on every flight. Given the amount of passengers who don't pay any attention to the safety briefing I'm surprised more have never 'heard' it.

I didn't know until I heard it on the Vegas flight last december. But since then, heard it a number of times.
