Lhr Mia premium economy

Booked on the 05 LHR -MIA, ON 17th October and just after some advice regarding seating. Is row 37 D,E,F in the premium economy section any good? Do the seats have full recline or do the lavatories situated behind limit the recline. Are these seats any good to request or not? Thanks for your help.
