Hello all,

We're flying MAN - MCO on 31st Oct and we're first time Virgin flyers - Real Virgin 'Virgins' :)

I cant decide whether online check - in is worth it or not. I appreciate that I can print my boarding passes etc before hand and just use the bag drop, however I fly out of Birmingham frequently on UK flights and the bag drop always seems to have the same length of queue as the check-in desk so I'm not sure if Manchester / Virgin do things differently or not.

Also, does anyone know how strict the V-Room are on times. Officially we'll be allowed in at 10:35, but if we get there a little earlier will they let us in ?

Thanks all

Stu

Looks like we are on the same plane!

We always do online check-in as it seems to give a little more certainty about seat requests! I am afraid that I cannot help about the V Room as we are not using Virgin Holidays!

The benefit of OLCI is that it firms up any seat requests you have done. If you don't complete OLCI at least 13 hours before your flight then the system will wipe any seat allocations/requests.

It takes about 5mins, so hardly a huge task and at the airport you can use either the bag drop or normal economy lines, so it gives you the option if one is much shorter than the other.

Neil I thought the 13 hr limit was only for ex-LHR departures or has it changed?
