I'm teetering on booking a flight back from NYC on VS026 next April. Would the hive mind of V-Flyer recommend an early start from Manhattan or a stay at a hotel at the airport?

Thx

depends on what you are doing the night before, If you've been there a few days then I don't see the point of moving and might as well have an early start but if your arriving in NYC the day before (*think you are flying up from MCO) then probbaly easier to stay near JFK

The JFK hotels are not highly rated so personally I would stay in Manhattan I think.

Also depends a bit on clubhouse access - if you have none for this flight, then there is no particular reason to get to the airport early. That may seem a trivial consideration but at 6 am every little helps!

My vote is for the start in Manhattan.

The airport hotels around JFK are definitely not the best in the world n( n( n( n( n( .... an early CDC or cab from the city won't run into too much traffic either if you are getting out of there before most of the city is awake y) An early start in the CH .... breakfast and mojitos was that?? :P

Can't wait to try the VS25&26 when they get going in a month and a bits time.... will make the journey, jet lag wise, for me so much better :D
