Travelling UCS to IAD in a couple of weeks time, and need to take some posters with me in a cardboard tube about 38" long, about 5" in diameter. Anyone know the best way to do this? Is it best to the tube loaded as "oversize" luggage, or can I carry it on in UC???

Thx!

Hi

I take pictures/posters etc. in a tube often when I am in UC...no issue as hand baggage. Mind you, there's never been an issue when travelling in PE or EC either. At 38" it will fit in the back of an overhead bin OK, or they can stow it upright in a wardrobe for you.
