I'm afraid I must of missed previous posts of the PE menu. The only reference I have seen is mushrooms!!

Which route are you taking ? I believe they are different dependent on your route
Not being a fan of the fungus, i have contacted virgin regarding the PE menu, they have taken note so shall see next month if I get mushrooms or not
Flew PE LGW-MCO few days ago, can't remember exactly the menu but from memory it was
Salmon to start
Mains were lasagne with mushrooms ( gone by the time the meal service got to me)
Chicken in mushroom and pepper sauce with broccoli mash.
Veg option - Thai curry of some description.
All served with a stone hard bread roll.
Myself and the 4 pax around me who all didn't like mushrooms ended up with bangers and mash from Y, but it was barley edible.
Desert was a chocolate cake of some description.
Afternoon tea was one cheeses and onion sandwich (tasted vile) and a fairy cake which actually was quie nice.
Oh and Wilbur and Orville somehow ended up in my bag when I unpacked it
