I'm just looking for a little feedback please.
In brief, we flew back PE from MCO in August on a refurb'ed 747. Very disappointed to find that I had a broken seat that would not recline, particularly as it was the late flight home and I had hoped to get some sleep. The FSM offered me 4000 miles but I politely declined and so she advised me to email CS.
I emailed VA CS and received the automated reply stating they would get back to me within 28 days, towards the end of this period, as I had heard nothing I posted a message on the VA FB page. Greg looked into the matter for me and reported back that 4000 was the set amount of compensation and that was that....
Am I blowing this out of proportion as I still feel a bit disgruntled or should I just accept that VA got me from A to B and that is the end of the matter?
I also complained about our cases not being segregated from the economy cases again (this also happened on our Easter trip and seems to be due to dropping the cases at DTD) and therefore we had another long wait at the carousel at MAN. Greg advised that as it had happened twice they would investigate the matter and he hopes it does not happen on our next trip.....
And then a quick question...
We have PE flights booked for Easter 2013, K code. Are we able to change the dates at all for a fee or are K code tickets completely non-changeable?
