Ticket question

Hello all
Flying on VS073 on 31st Oct and had a text about 2 weeks ago telling me that my tickets had been sent out. Nothing has arrived so I checked my booking and its still down as Tickets Not Sent. Perhaps someone just pressed the wrong button on the text machine. When should I expect my tickets to arrive ?

Also, how soon before the departure can I check-in online with Alamo at MCO so I dont have queue to get the car I've ordered.

Not sure about your tickets being sent but if you have your booking reference, you can check in online with Alamo now or anytime before departure - I checked in with Alamo as soon as I booked my car and flights

Virgin Atlantic don't send paper tickets. Perhaps you mean Virgin HOLIDAYS so best contact them directly.
