Are you using auto-fill, if so maybe make sure any characters in the boxes are deleted before manually typing them in. Or maybe try using a different browser

Not doing anything different than I've done since I booked it ,that's what I don't understand,I have a 6 letter booking ref and my name,I've had my docs sent through from VH now so would there be a diff booking no/ ref on them?

Just try again tomorrow, maybe the system is having one of it's moments.

I logged onto my booking, nothing wrong with the site. If it doesn't work maybe give vh a call and see what they say

It's been a pain for the past few days - I couldn't view my booking through MMB (or DL the Elders for 4 days later) and the locator wasn't being recognised either. When it did eventually decide to work ( ages later) it was showing me as not having selected a seat which is the same problem as I had yesterday ( yesterday Premier manually put me back in to 3K as it was showing for them as me still being there). Tonight Premier told me that they can still see me at their end but on my MMB seat map I have no selected seat ( ie purple ) and the text box is blank.
Premier say it's a technical problem and they'll get back to me in 2 days. Mr DL remains in 4K in full purple splendour ( he's on a different PNR).
It's high time VS sorted out their rubbish IT system once and for all :(! .

Hi Blacky, I experienced the same issue before my flight to Cuba in September. I called VS and they explained that with bookings made via a travel agent, sometimes the agent doesn't issue the necessary confirmation to VS for the original booking ref, and and instead re-book the flight resulting in a new booking ref. The VS agent gave me my new booking ref during the call, and I had to re-do our seat requests and API details. I only found out because like you, I was going into manage my booking most days. Funnily enough, when all our travel documents came through from the travel agent 2 weeks before our holiday, it still quoted the old, now defunct, booking ref for the VS flights. If it's not a temporary IT glitch as others have suggested, and you booked through a travel agent, it may be worth giving VS a call.

I tried logging in this morning and it wouldn't let me in for around 10 mins or so then came back online. I bet they were just switching a server off and on again.

It worked intermittantly yesterday , seemed to work better with Google chrome than IE . It wouldn,t let me access manage my flights either with booking reference or FC "future flight" ,I did OLCI today with my Ipad .The VA website does seem to have more than its fair share of problems .
