Ryanair have announced that from 1 December, "Cash Passport" holders will have to pay the £6 per person, per sector, booking fee.

According to Ryanair, this is the fault of the OFT who are unreasonably and selfishly suggesting that airline websites display the correct price at the start of a booking.

I haven't been on a Ryanair flight since May 2011, and I see no reason to use them as all recent flight comparisons have shown their rivals to offer better value.

Yet, they have a monopoly on dozens of routes around Europe.

In short, we created this monster, we can destroy it!!!

OFT have said this interpretation is incorrect and they are happy for fares to be less than the price indicated at the start.

I agree with Darren I thought you had to accept at least one card payment that did not incur a fee. Even if I found a flight that was cheaper than others I wouldn't want be interested.
