That depends on where you are sat.
In economy on Saturday morning flying back from LAX it was a nature valley bar, an apple and raisin muffin top (flat as a pancake!) and a carton of orange juice.

I think the other cabins do get a hot option.

I was in this flight a couple of weeks ago, in PE we got served a full English or some sort of muffin. I was told the full English was indestructible expect for the two cherry tomatoes that was served. Lets just say I was not impressed.

Sorry to hear that :) -- the PE full English is better than the UC bacon roll, in my opinion.

Janeclar, what did you have and what was it like?

I had full english, but disappointed with the choice as I dislike egg!!! I would definitely have preferred the UC bacon roll. The full english was scrambled egg, a round of bacon, a small sausage, a tomato and a few mushrooms. There was no toast/bread/muffin, but there was a choice of tea, coffee, juice or water (an improvement over our last PE trip where it was only tea or coffee and everyone was asking for orange juice!).

I don't like egg, nor do I particularly like cooked breakfasts.

It's the kind of thing that happens if you strike up a bit of rapport with a willing crew, most would probably have said 'no, upper only'.
