Just had an email from Emirates with excellent prices for first Class fares:-

These prices are for departures from Gatwick so no A300 800. I have checked from Heathrow and they are not that much higher, but seem to only use the A300 800 to Dubai and then change to one of their other aircraft.
It's book by 15th December travel between 10th November - 15th June & 1st August - 30th Septeember.

I am watching these with interest but sadly I need Dec 26th

These fares are really good value. I did DBX in a suite on my last trip as there was on £50 more than theVS UC price.
