Yes they have been around a few months now !

The contents are fine - all that you need. The rest you would throw away anyway.
What I do feel is that they have thought too much about the bag. If someone goes to the expense of buying an ipad then I do not think they will be impressed with the flimsy ammenity kit bag. Sure it fits perfectly but so what ?

I think the kits given on in-bound are far more useable - the contents are the same but the bag is half the size and at least likely to get used for nick nacks (whatever they are).

Ha ha. The first one I got, the ipad would not fit in due to the zip being sown shut.... got the contents out although I had to wait to get home to cut it open and find my trusty iPad 1 did not fit ii)

the finish isn't great & i can't see them lasting long but mine is currently employed for housing all my various wires & adaptors that seem necessary these days.

I don't think i'll be running out of shoe bags anytime soon anyway :D

Aren't the bags made from recycling cheap pens of the sort that are now part of the UC kit? If so, I certainly wouldn't put money on them lasting long :-)

Not a lot really. Black socks (no more coloured toes and heels), eye shades, ear plugs, a cheap looking pen,a flimsy toothbrush and a sliver of toothpaste. Oh and the Change for Good envelope.

Why is it when on my returning flight from JFK on the VS4 I only got a mini kit, no iPad cover..

I flew an A340-6 outbound and got the ipad case?

I think there is a smaller kit on the return flight than on the outbound

How does that make sense? I don't understand the thought behind that process.

neither do i - it's outbound for some - but that's how it works now. At least this way you get something different each way

Why I don't think the UC kits are really what they should be in UC compared to what we have had in the past, I don't have the same quality issue with my iPad cover.
I use it all time when traveling and it's still like new.
