FC miles on JFK route

Not possible? Tried to book a LHR-JFK flight using miles and the option is greyed out. Is this particular to this route specifically? Cheers in advance.

I see what you mean, if you go to the booking engine from the home page and try to click on the use miles option it's not working - but if you log into FC then go to the old booking engine it is. Then if you do the latter and go to the home page to try again in the new layout it does work.

Typical VS web site bug. Log in to FC and do it the old way and it seems to work for me (in Chrome).

Come now people... it would not be the VS site if there were not bugs, glitches or sleeping gremlins in the background playing hide and seek with all that data.. ii)

You can either do what slinky suggests, or just put in NYC instead of JFK and it works fine (although then you need to mentally filter out EWR).
