VS 045 24 Nov 2012

Hi,

A colleague of mine was booked to fly on VS 045 Saturday 24 November.This flight was cancelled .Does anyone know the reason for the cancellation.Also he was informed that the next available flight for him to fly out to New York on wasn't until 26 th Nov.He kicked up a fuss and was put on a flight on 24 th, same day.Is this normal I.e kick up a fuss and you get better treated.

I noticed that on sat and posted the question to which I only received the one reply saying it was down to low loads.
When was he told it was cancelled?
Did he actually get to the airport before being told it was cancelled?

I'm not too sure when he was told, I 'll ask him tomorrow before he hits the bars..
