Use of Bluetooth onboard

Hi,

Can you use bluetooth devices onboard VS? I want to use my bluetooth keyboard with my iPad to save me taking my laptop with me next week (it's a short trip for leisure). You can activate bluetooth whilst the iPad is still in airplane mode but I wanted to know if this is allowed? According to Apple, some carriers allow it and some don't.

Any ideas?

Bluetooth is specifically mentioned as not permitted.
