The LGW 744's at FRA

Hi

I see there are now 2 at FRA, why would they need heavy maintenance so soon after their refit? Was the refit just that, and did not include any major maintenance to Engines / airframe etc?

Refit was just that, no checks, maintenance etc was carried out at the same time.

Many thanks that certainly makes sense of the need for these checks . I am surprised 2 are away together, but suppose their "MOT" equivalents ran out together
