Dummy booking

Hi

I been doing some dummy bookings to see if upgrades with miles are available before getting the courage to call virgin.

The site packed in a few weeks back and I recall seeing a post that others had the same problem. It hasn't retuned as yet however and I was wondering if anyone had an idea of when and why?
