On a serious note for a moment :)

The back massage is always good, but usually hardest to get as they get booked first.
The maintenance facial is very relaxing, and for a man (well me anyway) it's something I would not have normally.
I tried the manicure once, and I'd give that a miss in future. My wife loved it when she was in, so horses for courses.
A haircut is more useful than a treat. I had one last week out of necessity and convenience.

The advice about getting there early is spot on. If you want complete choice you probably need to get there 3 hours before departure.

Enjoy whatever you have.

The complimentary shave is relaxing and recommended....had that a few times :D

I also use the Clubhouse as my "salon" for a haircut...... :o)

Whatever complimentary option you choose or indeed any of the chargeable treatments.....book a slot as soon as you arrive. They are very popular.

Mrs Buns' favourite is the Rejunvinating Hand & Arm Treatment - paid option, but she says it is worth every penny :D

As you are on an evening flight, if you get there early enough (late afternoon) you will find the Clubhouse pretty quiet
