US Airways pulling out of Gatwick

Just read that US Airways are moving their Charlotte service from LGW to LHR at the end of March. http://www.usairways.com/en-us/aboutus/ ... eases.html

Such a shame, this leaves no American airline left at LGW.

Yes the only choice to USA now from Gatwick is I think just VS or BA. Friends of mine had booked their honeymoon to Orlando on US Airways for next summer as loads cheaper than VS/BA so they're gutted as don't want the trundle to LHR!
