Another VTOP thread!

Sorry I am sure this is a question that has been asked elsewhere, so apologies in advance....Is their a confirmed date for its departure from the fleet?
I may be flying on 31 Jan, will it be gone by then?

No, there has been no official announcement.

Forgive me for being slightly off topic but could anyone enlighten me as to the following. As all the LGW refits have been done why is VX showing as entertainment Vera Reel. All the others have Vera touch and one would assume all the aircraft and integrated IFE systems would be equipped the same. This is based on info from "Which Plane" etc specifically re VS051.

It's because of two reasons. G-VTOP is not been refitted and so still has the old VERA Reel. Also G-XLG has not been updated yet in the V-Flyer database to show the refitted seat map or the new IFE system.
