Hi, we are travelling UC to MBJ on March 6th & haven't used the CH at LGW before. Please could someone explain the situation regarding the spa & treatments i.e. what is complimentary & what you pay for, etc....
thanks

Spa 'menus' are here..

In the words of VS..
Here's how it works

You can choose to have one of our many luxurious complimentary treatments or you can upgrade to one or our specialised services.

If you would like additional services these will be charged at the full advertised rate..

As for charges.. it depends on what you are looking at booking, have a gander at the PDFs for what is complimentary and which ones are charged as extras.

Appointments are all made on the day and I would suggest getting there early to secure a slot.

Enjoy 8D

Just to add to what Joey has already said, please bear in mind that at most there will 3 beauty therapists on duty, and with all the flights that leave Gatwick every morning, you might be disappointed in thinking you will be able to get more than one treatment.

My advice is to get there as early as possible, book a treatment then go and relax with ordering food and beverages. That is the plan instilled into me by Mrs Buns :w :w
