Pretend you could wave a magic wand and have VS follow your command. What would you ask for?

I think I would ask for a booking engine that allows everything to be done unproblematically online -- particularly mileage upgrades.

Any other ideas? ):

Reconfiguration of the UC A333 cabin.

No cherry tomatoes, ever.

Consistency.

All year ORD flights.

No DL frequent fliers taking up G's.

1.Stop the hype and/or consistently deliver the experience you promote
2.Improve the Customer Service (get 1 right and 2 will be easier to manage)
3.Listen to the pax and improve the UCA333 cabin
4.Pull down MIA airport and start again - don't forget a Virgin Clubhouse.

Have to 100% agree with consistency and perhaps a return to the VS of old. Or could that be too much to hope for ?| ?|

An airline that you can consistently look forward to travelling on, rather than one that you look back on with fondness and nostalgia and think "...what might have been...".

another vote for keeping the Gs from the DL brigade!
If this happens, VS lost as a bespoke carrier as far as I'm concerned.

Impose a surcharge that actually reflects the supposed temporary fluctuation in fuel price... :w

stop devaluing miles, as point above. v(

consistency, less hype...

oh, and admit that the new Dream Suite is actually smaller than its predecessor... :w

A fully functional consistent website with a fully automated new reservation system working behind it.

More flights from MAN.

On-board WiFi.

- Real innovation - not 'cutting back' everything.

- Fully functional website.

- Decent Customer Service from Crawley - currently too long to answer the phone/respond to an email.

- A South American route.

- WIFI onboard.

Agree with all previous posts with consistancy at the top of my list, silly cutbacks are a huge negative and have seriously undermined the VS brand, I am very loyal but its now based on a mix of nostalgia and when I have a great crew.
My true wish would be that VS look at themselves as a brand, admit that something is missing from the distant past, appoint someone to reintroduce the special touches that made you have a grin on your face when you told someone you were flying Virgin --- poorly made kits with naff contents, smaller this smaller that, have got to be reversed. Cut backs should only be made back of house, cutbacks that affect the end user just lose customers.
Better kits, quality foodstuffs and toiletries etc = superior product = bums on seats

I would love to see Virgin excel again andlook forward to the DL collaboration

Happy New year all

Purchase Aer Lingus (see last comment)

Ireland is better placed than LHR for Pre-immigration clearance because of the limited number of flights from EI, DL, UA, US and , given the number of mergers, any other American airline that flies in and out of my beloved country.

As to the purchase of Aer Lingus, while I'm sure that Aer John would love to work for VS and the two airlines have the same sense of fun, as evinced in the recent EI out-takes video but I'd hate VS to start bean-counting some of the services that EI offer even though it is one step from a LCC
