Kilimanjaro

Good evening all.
A friend and I are planning to climb Mt Kilimanjaro in the next couple of years and I was wondering if any of you good people have ever been involved in such a trip and if you have any recommendations on which companies to use.
The downside so far is that VS no longer fly to NBO so no chance of a couple of G's there.

My brother in law and nephew did this earlier this year. They are in Mexico at the moment on holiday, but I will find out who organised their trip.
Each group had their own web site access code so that friends and family could check how they were progressing each day. They originally tried it a couple of years previously but my nephew suffered altitude sickness and they had to be brought down before they got to the top, hence the return trip!

My Cousin did this in July and used Focus in Africa, he informs me "they were mustard"! He won't stop saying how great it was, blah blah ....

I hope altitude sickness isn't a problem although I've only previously trekked up to 4600m in Peru last year.
