Praise for flying club rep

Have just spent a while on the phone with one of the lovely ladies at FC going through all the different options to get me the best price to fly to Havana next March in PE and return in UC. Just wanted to share a good experience that has result in the flight costing me £780 plus 30,000 miles. I am very happy!

I have to echo the thanks for the FC team.
If you get the right person (consistency again!!) they will go out of their way to try anything they can to assist.

Just having a member of that team getting you a result has me hankering to book my next flight!!!
