upgrades to premium economy

Hi All

I have flights booked through a travel agent from LGW to CUN. These are economy seats on fare code 'X' outbound and 'O' inbound. I know I cannot upgrade online but does anyone know if it's possible for a travel agent to do this or am I 'stuck' with economy?

Unfortunately X and O fares and some of the most restricted fares out there and are not normally upgradable with miles.

You can upgrade with cash but it will have to be through your travel agent.

If you want to pay cash (rather than mile) then you will need to ask your travel agent to price an upgrade - VS won't touch a TA booking.
