Strange question I know, but....

Not sure if this is in the right, place, so sorry if not.

I want to drop a car off at National Car Rental at Heathrow and then go to the hotel. I would rather do this than drop off on the day of the flight, as it will mean getting up even earlier.

If I do this, how do I get to the hotel? Are there taxis available? Or a bus? I know they drive you to the terminal, but dont think they will drop at hotels.

I have mailed customer services, and this was the (useless) response:

I'd look on the hotel website to see what they say about how to get there (you don't mention it in your post).

Some of the hoppa buses do go to several of the hotels and some have their own shuttle services but it depends on the hotel.

I don't think the VS CS response is useless - why should they provide information on how to get to a particular hotel?

Sorry, I didnt make myself clear.

The customer response was from National Car Rental, which is who I am renting the car from. I would have thought they would know if there are taxis or lifts available from their own facility.

And yes, the hopper bus takes you all round the terminals from the hotel, but how do get from National Car Rental to the hotel in the first place.

- Get onto the LHR web site and find the bus route map around the airport.
- Get the rental bus to a terminal, then a hotel bus from a terminal.

Novotel and yes, Perimeter road.
