Guesting Into Lounge - 3rd Party

We are flying UC to MIA in July and know we can guest a person each into the Clubhouse.
On the way back though we could only get PE seats, so no lounge access. I was wondering, first of all, if guesting people into a 3rd party lounge is allowed, ie the American Airlines lounge at MIA prior to my flight back?

Yes, a pax flying UC or who is an Au card holder is allowed to guest one pax (flying VS that day) in to the lounge with them, this applies to all lounges that VS offer to their UC/Au pax.
