Luggage Tags

I received my tags about a month ago. It's a shame that the "red" isn't the Virgin red; they're more burgundy.

I need to order another set and think I'll go for black this time around.

I do have the same issue as others as I have received only 1 leather strap instead of two pairs...but I know you are on the case (excuse the pun ) ) oo) oo)

We generally aim to have your tags with you in about a week, depending on a couple of variables (mostly how busy Levi is, to be honest). If you haven't received your tags after a couple of weeks, get in touch and we'll sort it out. Add a week to timescales outside the EU.

I ordered 3 sets of luggage tags on 16 February and a further 3 sets on 22 February, both paid by Paypal. This morning I received the tags ordered on 22 February (they are perfect!), but I have not received the tags ordered earlier.

Just to let you know that we've ordered a couple of pairs of the 'VS MAN-LHR INAUGURAL FLYER' and the 'MILE HIGH CLUB MEMBER'.

We're looking forward to the social on the 30th March and the flight on 31st March; our recent return from Washington was just too quiet ..... :X

I ordered 3 sets of luggage tags on 16 February and a further 3 sets on 22 February, both paid by Paypal. This morning I received the tags ordered on 22 February (they are perfect!), but I have not received the tags ordered earlier.

All safely received, but the original tags also turned up at the end of last week - they had been held up by the Post Office due to insufficient postage. When I went to collect them, the Postman said that the package was too thick. I have no idea why this package had problems, when I received two identical ones?!
What would you like me to do with the spare luggage labels?

When I went to collect them, the Postman said that the package was too thick. I have no idea why this package had problems, when I received two identical ones?!

Interesting... thanks for the feedback. Levi normally checks envelopes to make sure they go through the size-guide. However, the Post Office seem to apply arbitrary rules from time to time. Hang on to that second set as a apology for having to trek down to the post office!
