Odd. Just been sent a questionnaire from VS (or more likely a company working for VS) about a flight I took back in 2011. My one and only ACC.

Good to see they are on the ball :D

I wonder if in the light of their current malaise, they are asking how much we all enjoyed flights two years ago, and then they plan to publish the results saying how fab they are now?

Or am I a cynic?

I got this as well. It's does seem to be a 'service then compared to now' survey.

They got my thoughts about my most recent flight which was into MAN and a remote stand :(!

Just noticed this at the bottom of the email:

I got one as well for MIA/ LHR UC in 2011. I remember this being a good flight and therefore a good survey. Was everyone else's UC and was it a good survey?

If this is as mitchja noticed a study in how much they have changed, then that has to be applauded, if they do something about it. My ACC in 2011 was really good, my last three flights in Dec 2012 were dreadful....

Was asked about a flight I had taken in June 2011.....then I counted up how many flights I have taken since that date......I clearly spend too much time in the air!!! :0

Will no doubt be used as a graph on an insignificant presentation and some ending commitment to brief staff on the importance of customer service.

I know that feeling! Some weeks I manage three or four short hops there and back and it gets hard to distinguish between flights. It's bad when not just valet parking but security at t5 recognise you.....

Just got mine and as the crunch question is to ask whether VS has got better or worse since the flight yanks ago, it can't be all bad

One hopes that the consensus of opinion is enough to get VS to take note
