Oh no it won't. I lazily googled pinky while trying to search for "pinky and the brain". All I can say is that I got more than I expected

Ha ha ha ha ha, go ahead google little red virgin... nothing too ranchy appears on the first page of results, lots of stuff from Virgin Media and VS little red book (had forgotten about that)

Did you know that Little Red Riding Hood fits into genre horror by the way ?| ?|

Yes and they were meant to be horror stories !

And by the looks of this thread the new offshoot is already taking after big sister in changing the schedules and poor communication n( n(

How is it poor communication if you're aware of the changes?

Schedules have been aligned to better meet long haul flights which is the whole reason VS are launching Little Red in the first place.

It is poor communication when your customer is apparently notgiven an explanation (in plain English and not marketing bo@@ocks) the reason for the change.

Well the reason is to be better aligned with the long haul flights. Schedules change all the time and there is not really the need for an explanation other than that?

There's now a 'Little Red' section of the VS website which has much more info for each of the new routes - including tables of times and how they connect with the long haul flights.

I think Tonty was saying that the person he was referring to wasn't even told that explanation. Just because staff know the reason doesn't mean they are all telling passengers when needed.

I cant quite see how it makes them better aligned to the LH routes as a whole, but rather a select few maybe.

Is it just me or is the little red section of the VS site just badly put together, for example on the main page it says '3' daily flights to MAN when there are four, then in the Manchester section it has a table showing MAN to rest of the world connections then rest of the world to MAN which is exactly the same ...

If I can see this, why-oh-why-oh-why can't VS's people spot the errors before making the pages live :0 .

Agree. Another example, under Baggage Information there is nothing about carry-on limits. And what I mean is they just say "it is the same as long haul" - just put the number in there for goodness sake ! (6kg btw, and one reason why I won't use them).

With respect, though, over the past few months we've seen an almost daily series of threads from people whose flights have been moved around, sometimes by hours, sometimes by days. In some cases the inconvenience has been considerable and the impression is given, rightly or wrongly, that the airline is not particularly sympathetic to the passengers' plight.

There are plans in place to increase the carry on baggage limit.

I'm sorry, but surely this is common sense? VS - or any other airline - won't just move flight schedules to inconvenience people on purpose.

That's what I thought, but I don't think the scheduling works with 3 planes.

EDI - LHR departs 9.05

LHR - ABZ departs 9.30

LHR - MAN departs 9.30

LHR - EDI departs 9.10

?| :) maybe it's too early in the morning for these things . lol

EDIT for StillRedHot's post - ahh :D
