Side Bins on Upstairs PE

Can you still use the side bins on the new 747's

Yes, they are still the same.

Side bins are there for window seats. I travel alone generally and prefer isle seat, the overheads are slightly more restrictive than in the other cabin.
My case ended up in the wardrobe behind the economy cabin, not very convenient especially for a quick exit! v(
Still prefer the ambiance of upstairs though! y)

The last row in PE (row 24) does also have a bigger, deeper side bin (it goes as far down as the cabin floor unlike the other side bins up there)
