Hi all,

Am looking for some info about holidays to MCO booked through VH. Things like when do you find certain things out such as where the villa is. Is there still the little Virgin Holidays cabin out in the car park at MCO to go to for your car? Does someone meet you at the airport to give you details of what to do when you get there or do you pretty much get told everything when you collect the tickets at the Virgin Store?
orry folks, getting a little excited. 90 days to go!! :D

Hey

Well last time I visited there was a virgin desk for the Alamo hire just before you went out towards the car selection. Still inside the airport. But even if you go out to the Alamo desk outside I side the car park they can still help with the car.

And there use is a rep who is just after security to help if needed but when you get your tickets and info there will be a number for the rep in Orlando and a hotel they are based in!

I can't wait to go in September it's a great place to visit!

Enjoy your trip

VH reps will meet you as you leave the (first) baggage belt at MCO. There is also a VH desk across from the Alamo car hire desk inside the terminal building.

I think there is also a VH desk near the second baggage belt (if you use that one) although I've not used the for a couple of years now as I always take my luggage with me onto the monorail so not 100% about this now.

If you are not sure about anything before you travel, you can always contact VH Concierge. They are a really friendly, helpful lot :)

Tsch, what a pampered lot we have become. ii) On our first trip with VH we made do with a printed itinerary with localised directions to the accommodation we were booked into plus, IIRC, a free map from Dollar (car hire, rather than pop, outfit). That combination got us from Los Angeles to San Francisco and back with only a minimum of "discussion". We went a bit off piste in San Francisco which could have been hair raising, had I any hair.
