Not 100% as to whether there is a snooze zone on the A333s, have travelled on a couple of them as night flights and all the cabin lights seem to go down at the same time.. Have seen people in the front couple of rows bed straight down and the crew are quite good at tailoring the lights in sections.

If you need to get some shuteye on an A333, aim for rows 4-6 A or K sides and ask the crew if it is possible to turn the lights down if people are eating. Chances are as the 10 is the last to leave JFK everyone will have eaten and want to get straight to sleep..

As VB says there is no snooze zone but I would imagine on this flight that most people would be trying to get some shut eye anyway and the cabin is very dark at night so sleep shouldn't be a problem

Ahh thanks to virginboy747 for confirming that. The VS10 is still listed on the snooze zone list though... let me guess, VS website falling behind? Shocker :P

The 4 leaves JFK at about 620pm - before dinner (or second dinner) for most so there will be people that want to eat before bed.

The 12 on the other hand leaves Boston at nearly 9pm.. after dinner and time for bed :P Half empty or not it is usually one of the quietest in terms of service demands I should imagine.

Yep, great minds and all that... In truth I'm trying to multitask, watching tele and typing - I appear to be failing with the gaps that are appearing between posts :o)

Frankly, it's another service cut. Add that to the freedom menu, and everything before.

I get what you are saying joey,I think out of us twelve only 4/5 ate ,you will be disgusted to here this but I was one of the ones that didn't ,I was cream crackered and couldn't wait to bed down and didn't visit the bar either but surely the service takes only a bit longer on the 12 as its only the starter you are missing out on and the lights get dimmed at the same time and the same darkness after the meal,
Might not have wrote this very well as I'm slightly p....d
