The website - I really think it is a priority for the new CEO. It just isn't up to date.

Just roaming around prior to my flight on VS 354 on Sunday- this flight is still not mentioned on the pdf with regard to UC meal service after almost six months of operation.

Oh and the meal service still mentions replacement of the Orville and Wilbur condiment pots when in fact - they are back aren't they.

Not good enough if VS thinks it is a global carrier! more like a village shop really

Lol, I have been trying to login to FC for the past hour and the site keeps crashing on me :(

You are quite right, they need to get their act together and prioritise the completion of this 'upgrade'.

A village shop would never stand for this 8D

Click 'More options' on the new form and you get redirected to the old one where you can do an open-jaw booking. :)

Never apologise to VS IT.... they may become complacent thinking they are doing something right ii)

I can't get in to my FC account either.
(In fact I came on here to check to see if it was down - V-Flyer is always reliable :)) It seems the VS website has been down for a while. Just tried on another computer and another browser to make sure.
I have just bought some flights with other airlines (AA and Air Canada) and quite apart from the service in the air, Virgin's website is a very poor reflection of their company. I hope the CEO does look at it. And soon!

My wife's laptop with Chrome gave this message:

site-down.jpg
SSL Error

Hi Martin, yep seeing something similar in safari - some of the site is open, but it seems the login and "secure" areas are down... probs just a security update after recent cyber attacks :?

BA exec login was down this morning too (back up now though), they had the courtesy to give a message saying security updates - VS not so courteous :P

Sure is v( Thought it was my broadband as I had just got off the phone from Sky about a slow connection.

Maybe it's something to o with the fabulous VS IT updating the flight status page to include Little Red flights :?
