When traveling PE do you use fast track security at LGW?
Yes, they sticker your boarding pass so that you can use fast track.
Indeed they do, although I have found that with the new security in the South at LGW it is quicker to use the normal security channel rather than fast track.

When flying premium from Heathrow, you don't get fast track right? Seem to recall seeing a fasttrack but when flying premium I've never been told...

No you don't. It's for Business and First Class passengers for all the other airlines.
Totally agree with bench that the normal security is quicker than the fastrack/premium, have made this mistake more an once.
Every time I've been to Fast Track I've been pretty much the only one there but it has been early morning
Agreed Mojo early morning is clear but after 9:00am Fast Track really should be quicker than normal security or maybe Ive just been unlucky with my timings n(

Once at LHR T3 I had fast track because I was flying J on UA and the queue was a great multiple longer for ordinary security yet the number of pax who refused to use the ordinary line was amazing - it was as though they thought it was something extra special like less thorough screening or the carpet more plush etc
So I toodled down to the ordinaryline and was through a heck of a lot quicker and beat a good few to the lounge where they promptly moaned until one of their party said "well we were advised to use the other line I did you didn't"
Huzzah for International Jet-setting !

United/LHR allows me to use Fast Track due to my 1K status.
It was like that when I got here, Sir!

Ooops, my bad!

I forgot that I got to use it when I flew PE as a Gold member. Sorry
Well, if it happens again I might have to speak to a moderator
