Just wondered if anyone on here had any experience of using Alamo Save Time [touch-screen kiosks] at Orlando. Does it work / really save you time? (Have booked through Holiday Autos)

I have just registered our booking details with Alamo - so in theory we are ready to go with the save time kiosks. (Am dubious about the save time bit as last time I hired from Avis in Orlando, they were checking driving licences down to fingerprint detail at the garage barrier - it took over 30mins to get out of the parking garage).

I have used both the check in kiosks and the Alamo OLCI and both save time. For me the OLCI is amazing as you bypass everything and just go to the garage and select your car and go y) y) y)
In fact just checked in for our car at MCO next Saturday 8D

I agree, Alamo OLCI does exactly what it says on the tin. Nip over to the garage, choose your car, stop at the exit barrier (well you have no choice really B) ), show your documentation to the attendant and orf you jolly well go! This will be our 3rd year of using it and it has been great each time.

I too agree! There was a huge queue at the kiosk last time I went (October last year)so I felt a bit smug when I just walked off to choose my car :D

Can I just confirm, if you do the Alamo Savetime, you can go straight to the car? Or do you have to try the Kiosk First?
