The seat map has been made available for my flight home from Las Vegas, but it isn't working. All of the seats in economy apart from extra leg and exit, are showing as available, so it doesn't look right. Has anyone experience this before?

If you mean literally all the seats, that does sound strange. Can you reserve some on your booking? If so are they still held if you log out and back in again?

Hi, I've just checked again, and no. it want let me reserve any of the seats, it just says unavailable even thought they are all in the red, showing as available. And , yes, all the economy are in the red , available, except exit and extra leg room. I left it over night but there is no change. I did the seat allocation on my flight going out ok with no problems. I can't see any contact numbers for this sort of enquiry, and the flight isn't till July so can't use the flight enquiry one.

Had a similar issue the other day when I was a little keen to try and request seats for my outbound to YVR. I tried a few hours early and it showed the seat map, allowed me to put seats against names but them when I went to submit it came up with an error message v( 2 hours later tried again and the seats were requested with no problem y)

Are you at or below 90 days now?

thanks for your replies. I tried again this am, it seemed to hold the seat numbers. I was at 90 days yesterday. however, being pessimistic, i wasnt convinced that it was going t o work. I didnt get a message saying seat allocation submitted, it just threw me back to my itinary page. Anyway, i have just double checked, and it still has my seat numbers, and i can see that 1 other person ( keen like myself) has also selected their seat. It still seems strange to me that nearly the whole plane is in the red and up for allocation? but this is my first time so i am not going give that any more thought, maybe they had a blip with this one?

sometimes you need to wait till at least 89 days 23hours 59 minutes to be able to allocate seats

VS1 opened up at at least 90+6 yesterday, and allowed selection. It sounds like the opening up might be a manual process which surprises me.
