A long 5 months (although 1.5 of that was us delaying it waiting for paperwork from the UK).

ours took 1 year 1 month 7 days ..but who's counting. from the last submission on 12/12/12 we were told it would take 60 days, it ended up being 145...............

I was so nervous at MCO once I forgot my own name and address when the burly officer asked me, when I had finished he muttered under his breath "why do these people keep coming here" not sure if he meant gay people or fruitloops. Since then everyone at MCO staff have become much more polite and less intimidating.
Get off quick is my advice, though often you come up against families all side by side taking up the whole corridor just strolling along so no one can get past.
