Noticeable lack of recent UC TR's of late....
Sign of the times? Resident travellers sneaking elsewhere...
We've cut back awaiting key trips and use of miles...
Seems to be very limited TR's on the new "dream suite"... Is it just a final nail in the coffin of a over hyped product failing to satisfy ?|
Yes to provoke response but obvious miss of key frequent fliers plus high profile periodic fliers with not much to say about VS....

I've been slow to do TRs recently for a number of reasons -- but have got an UC one almost ready, covering the dream suite again... Also got one brewing that covers a brilliant VX First sector.

I think it's more that a few people that fly UC don't bother to post TRs all the time because the tendency is to fly the same route almost as a shuttle service and are wary of churning out repetitive TRs that follow the same pattern. "Got to CH it was great/terrible. Boarded name check/no name check, FSM was [in]visible, food was great/terrible". Something exceptionally TR worthy may be needed to warrant a TR or maybe just a different route.

Agree with Tinuks above - was going to say something similar. I find most flights actually pretty similar, despite all the comments about (in)consistency. And sometimes I wonder whether the reports are useful to, or enjoyed by, others -- some people's reports/sagas seem to get a lot more attention than others, shall we say! :D

I remember on another, now defunct, travel forum a regular flyer in the US who might take several flights a week, writing a trip report which read, "Took off, flew for a bit, landed" :o) For some of our regular travellers it might seem like that for them.

Having experienced the new suite to Miami on Tuesday (seems like weeks ago) I will do one when I'm back next week

I'm currently sat in the Clubhouse and already have half a page of notes so you'll be experiencing a couple of UC TRs from me in the near future. I'm a very infrequent flyer so hopefully it won't be too formulaic!
