Just booked flights in UC from Man to Orlando and the aircraft is the new airbus, only been on the 747 UC, any advice/tips?
I would say avoid rows 1-3 and 7-9 if you want some peace and quiet.
A and K columns are the best, the middle bank of seats feel cramped and are noticeably smaller than the window seats.
Do spend some time at the bar, have a chat with the crew and a few drinks. Always good to stretch the old legs and it does make the journey proceed a lot faster as well as taking full advantage of the cabin.
Anything else, ask away 8D

I had a little chuckle to myself as I wrote that joey,no your right they are not that bad but having had my first A zone 747 flight last week I know what I prefer now
O and joey love the new picture, the old one had to go !
Ive booked seats 8 & 8A good choice then? they looked a little more private. Will certainly make use of the bar!!

Just picked 4A myself, assuming thats an ok suite.

If you do mean 8 and 9a then they are fair seats if you don't mind looking onto the bar. I personally go for 9a or 9k when I have no intention of sleeping. If you are looking for a little bit more privacy then the ideal seat is probably going to be 8G.
The cabin is cramped end of story but I would usually be aiming for 4-6A or 4-6K.

Yep that's a good seat, ideal distance from the bar to avoid noisy pax such as myself and a good distance from the front galley y)
