Last 2 Flights
LGW-UVF 7th June Z UC Miles = 1 TP = 5
MBJ-LGW 23th June Z UC Miles = 1 TP = 5

Did not know that they had reduced the earning levels that Much :(!

The Wifes account is the same :(!

Flying Club say they will look into it

1 mile, wow! Where did you fly to, Crawley? :)

Clearly a mistake, I'm sure VS will sort it - FC helpline are usually very helpful with miles issues.

Lol, only 1mile flown.... did they cut the engines and glide the rest of the way?

Yeh a glitch that will no doubt be sorted soon.

No one mentioned that VS had got the Star Trek Transporter :0

Short of teleportation, I don't see how any proper flight could be just 1 mile.

If it helps, mine was exactly the same earlier on in the week. I was -68745 miles at one point. The next day, it went up to 504 miles and has steadily been increasing since as they find my "1 mile" routes as well.

Now back to normal so certainly can be fixed/reinstated :D

They've forgotten to put my miles booster bonus miles on my account. Guess I am going to have to ring, hubby got his. :w

I checked mine, everything looked fine.

Mine however doesnt show the miles nor TP I will earn from my flight later in the year. It does show the deduction for the miles I used to upgrade.

The IT person at VS who was looking into an MMB issue for me informed me that the miles and TP are not displayed currently when a booking is made using miles to upgrade. However on my outbound sector I have a Z fare so sure those miles and TP should show.

That isn't how it works - your account shows your actual earning/spending activity, so until you earn or spend some it won't show, regardless of what you have booked.

You could of course cancel a booked flight and not take it, so it can't show the miles you are going to earn, but when you spend miles against a future flight, it is actual spent miles (you can't spend them again) so that is why they show as deducted from your account now (if you cancel you get them back).
