thats what I mean,all type's of problems that from aa VS point of view..though if it were to happen maybe I could use some miles to try BA first???

Is thier a pedants' police? They may have to be called, but for whom I am not sure.

As QUANTAS appear quiet happy to use Quantas. See http://www.quantas.com.au. I think both might be legitimately used.

I think DWiles was refering to the Upper/Lower case usage of the name, as opposed to the spelling. But you're right also, that 'u' so often gets inserted (DWiles as an example ) that Qantas have to accept their customers will use it in their URL.
